Our material products include custom continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic tapes, woven tapes and sheet materials. The resin matrix systems used offer unique processing and property characteristics to match a broad range of structural and service requirements. Typical polymers include acrylic, polypropylene, nylon, polycarbonate, PBT, PPS, PEI, polyurethane and PEEK. The reinforcement fibers include aramid, carbon, fiberglass and others.
Our CFRT® composite materials may be converted to parts in a wide range of processes such as compression, insert and bladder molding, thermoforming, tape laying and filament winding. We will work with you to develop materials that provide the right balance of performance, aesthetics and cost to meet your application requirements.
