We provide CFRT^® materials, engineering solutions and components for automotive applications in critical performance structures such as bumpers and seats. The CFRT^® materials provide performance beyond typical thermoplastic solutions such as injection molding, LFT and GMT.

The primary materials of consideration have been PP, PET and PA6 with glass fiber reinforcement. These materials have excellent strength to weight characteristics, high impact strength and good cyclic fatigue strength. Other polymers are available.

With proper design, consideration of CFRT^® material processing and integration with other thermoplastic technologies, cost effective high performance solutions can be obtained.
