The company is dedicated to develop materials, engineering solutions and components using CFRT® for the aerospace industry. Our materials are presently being used for wrapping of vessels for pressure containment.
We are developing materials which utilize high performance polymers such as PPS, PEI and PEEK with carbon fiber reinforcement. These materials have natural FST capability as well as high impact resistance. These materials may be rolled or braided and internally molded, compression molded and laminated into sheets. Cycle times are much faster than for thermoset composites.
These materials are being targeted for applications in interiors such as seats, tubes, brackets and other components.
